enter the property on the first floor where you will find the living
rooms, shower room kitchen and utility room.

its design; golden coloured drapes with muslin and braid frame the two
large windows, which let the maximum amount of sunshine into this lovely
room.

There is a stylish 4-piece suite, a feature fireplace and a piano
for entertainment.

Patio doors lead from both the lounge and dining room
onto a roof terrace, ideal to enjoy an evening aperitif.

The bedrooms are all colour coordinated and the
children will enjoy the T.V and video in the blue bunkroom.

The enclosed garden is on 2 levels.

The lawn is reached by
steps from the forecourt area where there is ample parking for 3 cars.
Lauramar is a 5-minute walk into the town centre of St Austell with its
variety of shops and restaurants.
Within a mile is the pretty port of
Charlestown which exports the china clay quarried in this region. Mevagissey, an ancient colourful fishing port, is within 5 miles.

There
are many lovely beaches on this coastline and the closest, at St Austell
Bay, include Pentewan and Porthpean, the latter offers safe bathing and breathtaking views across the bay.

Eden
| The Eden Project a
must for all to see, go see the biggest Biomes in the world full of
some of the largest plants from the tropic's of the world as well as
beautiful desert plants. This is a place for both the young and older
generation there is something for every one |
Flambards
| Flambards if you want fun then
this is the place to be going to they have all you could ever need
from fair rides, boating, step back in time to the second world war
and see how people lived back then, they even have smells in the
shops reminiscent of there times. There is a shop, cafe, good car
parking, you could spend more than a day here and you would want to. |
Paradise Park
| Paradise Park in Hayle not to
far from St Austell certainly worth a trip they have some of the most
beautiful birds from around the world as well as a children's corner
with deer, sheep, rabbits. |
Heligan Gardens
| These Gardens are very close to
St Austell and well worth a visit whilst you are on your holiday, a
very calming place to be with much to look at. |
Trerice Gardens
| Again Trerice Gardens is a must
for any one with an interest in Landscaped gardens the kids will love
it too. |
The Seal Sanctuary
| Go and see the beautiful seals
playing in as near to natural surroundings as you could get. |
Landsend Landmark
| The rugged tip of Cornwall, in
my opinion one of the most breathtaking places in the world, the views
from the cliffs are magnificent. There is also plenty of stuff for the
kids to do. |
Model Railway Mevergissey
| A world famous model railway
which is one of the main features in the small fishing village
Mevergissey near St Austell, plenty of good food, drink as well as
unusual shops and gift stores |
Minack Theatre
| The Minack is a magnificent
outdoor theatre where plays and events go on all year round. If you
love the theatre then this is a must, it's full of history. |
Tintagel Castle
| Magical Tintagel the home of
the King Arthur Legend, you can almost feel the magic as you enter the
village this is a place that will be embedded in your mind for a very
long time and you will yearn to return to. |
Dobwalls
| Brilliant what more can I say,
there is a miniature steam train in which you can travel around the
complex, a superb art gallery, Go -Karts, the largest children's play
centre I have ever seen, masses to do here so don't miss it. |
